3. Final Decision: Flexibidder's decision is final in all platform disputes.
By registering as a freelancer, you agree to:
Deliver work on time and as per project requirements.
Maintain professionalism with clients.
Not share confidential client info.
Use only your own or properly licensed content.
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
As an employer, you agree to:
Provide clear project briefs.
Respond to freelancer queries on time.
Pay for completed work as agreed.
Not solicit work outside Flexibidder to bypass fees.
Breach of terms may result in removal from the platform.
